OUR PRICING: Except for the Special Occasion books, Most of the Create-A-Book line of books cost $18.95 CDN. The cost of the Special Occasion books range from $19.95 to $24.95. All other items in our catalog are individually priced (Just select the item and the price will be supplied with other details. The multi-currency feature offered by our secure online merchant, will allow you to select your transaction in the currency of your choice. The pricing displayed will automatically be converted.

TURNAROUND TIME: All orders are processed promptly and we commit to a 48 hrs turn-around time from the date your book is ordered. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you by email or phone, immediately.

SHIPPING: Items are shipped by regular Canada Post service. If you require expedited or any other delivery method, please contact our customer service department at, 1-416-241-4162 and DO NOT pay online. ALL orders will be shipped from Canada. - Create-A-Book line of books will be shipped from Toronto, Ontario. - All Super-hero books (example Batman) and all Disney books (example Sesame Street) will be shipped from Falher, Alberta. Shipping and handling cost is: - Within Canada: CAN$3.75/book - To the US: CAN$5.75/book

• Each book in our CREATE-A-BOOK product line is fully Personalized with the information that you provide us with. • Your child's name, age, friends, hometown and any other information that is specific to the story is integrated into the pages of the story. • The book pages are then printed with a high resolution laser printer, collated with the story's illustration pages, and bound in a hard coated cover which can be wiped clean. • This process produces a durable keepsake that will last for years to come.

There is no additional charge. You will pay ONLY the cost of the book PLUS a Shipping and Handling charge of $3.75 or $5.75 per book, depending on if the book is being shipped within Canada or to the United States.
